A more cost friendly iPhone is rumoured to be introduced in September. According to Taiwan’s DigiTimes Wintek has already received the touch-screen panel orders for the second-gen iPhone. The new iPhone from Apple will be in the price range of US$249-299. We will keep you updated on this new rumour.

Instant Messanger apps for the iPhone have not yet surfaced. FlickIM is introducing the first chat and media sharing networks available on the iPhone.
