According to AppleInsider.com, there is a good possibility an iPhone Nano is in the works. They claim that the development of the second iPhone was in engineering labs when the first iPhone hit store shelves. Stay tuned, Apple seems to be trying to lock up all the holiday sales with this unit expected to be released by Christmas.

A more cost friendly iPhone is rumoured to be introduced in September. According to Taiwan’s DigiTimes Wintek has already received the touch-screen panel orders for the second-gen iPhone. Rumours have it that the iPhone may be released in the United Kingdom by September 2007. Apple has said that iPhone related products are boxed up and ready to ship to the UK. Yet, Mobile phone operator O2 spokesman has stated that deal with Apple and O2 have yet to be sealed. If it does make it by September you can expect the price to be £300 in the UK.
